Referral Program

You can now share your personal referral link with friends and family.

1.    How can I share my referral code?

1.1.    Access your account, and then click on 'Referrals':

1.2.    In the 'Referrals' page, you should be able to view your available balance, and also copy/share the referral link.

2.    What does the referee gets?

2.1.    Referees with new accounts receive 20% off their first order given that their purchase is above or equal to AED 299.

2.2.     Referees with existing accounts receive 15% off their first purchase.

3.    What do I earn for referring?

Once the referee makes a purchase using the referral code, you will receive AED 100 credited to your gift card balance 15 days after the purchase—provided that not all items are returned, and the total value after any returns remains AED 299 or above.

If the referee returns the entire order, you will not be eligible for the AED 100 credit.

4.     How do I check referral balance and invite status?

You can check your available balance under the referrals section.

The status of invites may show:

• Pending – Referee has not yet completed a purchase. 
• AED 100 added to gift card – Successful referral.
