Refund Policy

When creating a return or cancelling an order, you will be given the option to choose how you would like to receive your refund:

  • Original payment method

  • Voucher code

Please find the details for each option below.


Refund Process

Once your return request is created, the refund will be initiated after we receive the item(s) at our warehouse and they successfully pass our quality check.
The refund timeline will then depend on the refund method you selected.


Refund to Original Payment Method

  • After the refund is processed from our side, it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.

  • The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.


Refund as a Voucher Code

  • You will receive your voucher code immediately after the returned item(s) pass the quality check.

  • The voucher code will be valid for 6 months from the date it is created.

  • The voucher can be used on our website or app only.

  • The voucher cannot be used in retail stores.

  • Please make sure you are signed in using the same email address used to place the original order in order to redeem the voucher.
