Account Activation (App)

To activate your account:

1.    Ensure you have the app installed and updated to the latest version. 

2.    Click on 'Log IN/REGISTER'.

3.    Enter your email address, and then click on 'CONTINUE'.

4.    A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email. You need to enter the OTP in the app to complete the login process.

5.    Once authenticated, you will have access to your account.

NOTE: If you have never used your email in our online store before, you will be asked to create an account by entering your first and last name, then clicking 'CONTINUE'. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email, which you need to enter on the app to complete the sign-up process.
