Shipment Returned to Origin

Your shipment may be returned to our warehouse by the shipping company if:


1.    It is held at customs and fails to pass the customs clearance process.

2.    The courier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful.


Please note that returned shipments cannot be reshipped; you will need to place a new order.
