Create a Return

NOTE: You can raise a return request only once per order. Make sure to select all items you wish to return at that time. Once a return request is submitted, no additional items from the same order can be included



To create a return, you first need to login to your account. You can do this on the website or the app. If you are using the app, ensure it is installed and updated to the latest version.


1. Login to your account 


Make sure to use the same email address you used when placing the order. You will be required to enter a one-time password (OTP). Note: The OTP is usually sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.


2. Find your order 


In your account, locate your order number.


3. Create a return 


All your orders will be displayed, and you will only be able to return orders that are within the 14-day return window. A “Return” button should be available. 


Note: In some cases, you may receive your order before its status is updated to “Delivered” in the system. If you are unable to create a return request, please wait up to 24 hours for the status to be updated. If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance. 


Click on 'RETURN'.




4. Select products 


After you click on 'RETURN', all items in your order will be listed. Simply select the item you wish to return, choose the reason for the return from the dropdown menu, and then click on 'CONTINUE'.



5. Choose your refund method


You can choose to receive your refund as a store credit voucher or have the amount refunded to the same payment method used. For Cash on Delivery orders, the only available refund method is store credit. Select your refund method, and then click on 'CREATE RETURN'.



Once your return is completed, please note the following: 


  • For UAE returns: The courier will contact you within 48 hours to collect the item(s) from your address. 
  • For international returns: The courier will contact you within 2-3 working days to collect the item(s) from your address.
