Store Exchange/Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy:


1.    Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.


2.    All items must be unworn, in original condition, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.


3.    Online and in-store purchases cannot be exchanged or returned across channels.

  • Online purchases must be returned or exchanged online.
  • In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store.


4.    Items purchased online from third-party resellers cannot be returned or exchanged through our stores or website. Please contact the respective reseller directly.


6.    Items purchased from outlet store branches may only be returned or exchanged at outlet store locations.


7.    Items purchased from Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, City Walk, Dubai Hills Mall, Palm Jumeirah Mall, or Yas Mall can only be exchanged at any of these branches.


8.    Swimwear items are eligible for return only if the original hygiene sticker is intact.


9.    Socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


10.    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
