1. Our Return Policy:
1.1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to try your order and ensure everything is perfect. If needed, you can return it within the same 14-day period.
1.2. Items should be unworn, in original condition, and have the original tags still attached and included in the original packaging.
1.3. We offer free returns for all our products¹. For returns to be free of charge, the return request must be placed through us. If you coordinate directly with a courier for a return, TGM is not responsible for the return fees. You can learn how to create a return here.
1.4. You can raise a return request only once per order. Make sure to select all items you wish to return at that time. Once a return request is submitted, no additional items from the same order can be included.
1.5. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store, and vice versa; items bought in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online. Customers should contact the store for assistance in such cases.
1.6. Items purchased online from other resellers cannot be returned or exchanged through us. Customers should contact the respective reseller company for assistance in such cases.
1.7. When raising a return, you can choose to receive a refund as a voucher or have it returned to the original payment method.
1.8. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund can only be issued in the form of a voucher.
1.9. Vouchers are not applicable for the US, Canada, and Europe, due to logistical challenges with customs clearance (we can only refund as back to source).
1.10. Vouchers issued from our end cannot be redeemed in our official store or any other retail outlets that resell our products. They can only be redeemed through our TGM website.
1.11. The courier will arrange for the pickup of items from your location.
1.12. In certain cases, the courier may be unable to collect your shipment from your location if it is considered remote or if courier operations are limited in your area. If this happens, the courier will notify you directly, and you will be required to drop off your package at the nearest courier branch. Please ensure that the shipping label is printed and securely affixed to the package before drop-off.
1.13. Returns of swimwear items will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker is missing.cAll swimwear returns are subject to a quality check by the warehouse team. If the item is returned without the original inside hygiene sticker, the return will be rejected and no refund will be processed.
1.14. Returns of socks will not be accepted under any circumstance.

2. Our Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. You can return the products then place a new order. You can learn how to create a return here.
¹Free returns are in GCC, US, UK, Egypt, Jordan. For all other countries, you'll need to coordinate with a courier of your preference to ship your products back to our warehouse.
